Suzhou Hongtu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Hongtu," "We," or "Us") is committed to protecting the personal information of Aircommander Cloud users (hereinafter referred to as "You") based on the principles of business necessity, clear purpose, user consent, and security assurance.

Your trust is very important to us. We deeply understand the importance of user information security. We will take security measures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements to ensure your user information is secure and controllable. Therefore, we remind you: before using the various services of Aircommander Cloud developed by Suzhou Hongtu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), please carefully read and thoroughly understand this policy. Only use the relevant products and services after confirming your full understanding and agreement. Once you start using the Aircommander Cloud services developed by Suzhou Hongtu, it will be deemed as your acceptance and recognition of the content of this policy.

1Definitions

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below in this Policy:

  • Aircommander Cloud: A commercial robot control platform developed by Suzhou Hongtu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) to serve our customers.
  • Aircommander Cloud Account: The account you need to register when using Aircommander Cloud services.
  • Enterprise Application: The robot management, control, and other developed and planned development content provided by Suzhou Hongtu to our customers through the Aircommander Cloud.
  • User Information: Refers to the user information you submit or that Aircommander Cloud collects when you register or log in to use the Aircommander Cloud account, use Aircommander Cloud services, and when Aircommander Cloud provides services to you, such as name, company name, contact information, etc.
  • Business Data: Different from user information, refers to data processed through Aircommander Cloud's technical services by users of Aircommander Cloud through uploading, downloading, distributing, etc.

2Scope of This Policy

  • This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by our platform. When you access our platform and/or log in to relevant clients to use the services provided by our platform, this Privacy Policy applies.
  • It should be specifically noted that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. For example, when a third party on our platform provides services to you through our platform, the personal information you provide to the third party is not subject to this Privacy Policy, and we do not bear any responsibility for any third party's use of the information you provide.
  • We will follow the "Framework Standards for User Information Protection in China's Internet Targeted Advertising" issued by the Interactive Network Branch of the China Advertising Association, and properly handle or use your personal information based on the legal principles of legality, reasonableness, and good faith.

3How We Collect and Use Your User Information

3.1 Circumstances Under Which We Collect Your User Information

  • You Become Our User

    When you use Aircommander Cloud and its products and services, you must provide us with your mobile phone number within the People's Republic of China, ID number, or Unified Social Credit Code. The mobile phone number you submit is used to receive verification codes when you register, log in, and bind accounts, and serves as one of the designated contact methods between you and us to receive relevant business notifications (such as new product launches, service changes, etc.).

  • Providing Technical Services to You

    When we provide business functions or specific services to you, we will collect, use, store, externally provide, and protect your user information in accordance with this Policy and the corresponding product service agreements. If we collect your user information beyond the scope agreed in this Policy and the corresponding product service agreements, we will separately explain the scope and purpose of information collection and obtain your consent before collecting the necessary information to provide the corresponding services. If you choose not to provide the aforementioned information, it will affect your use of the corresponding products, but will not affect your use of the basic functions and other products of Aircommander Cloud.

3.2 Circumstances Under Which We Use Your User Information

We use the user information you submit and that we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide services to you, we will send you information, notifications, or conduct business communications with you, including but not limited to verification codes necessary for service completion, and push notifications necessary when using services;
  • We may design, develop, and promote new products and services based on user information statistical data; we will conduct statistics on the usage of our services.
  • If we use user information beyond the purpose stated at the time of collection, or beyond the scope of direct or reasonable relevance, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent.

4How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your User Information

4.1 Sharing

We will not share your user information with other organizations and individuals, except in the following circumstances:

  • Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your user information with other parties;
  • Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your user information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, for litigation or arbitration needs, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
  • For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share user information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements and information protection agreements, requiring them to handle user information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

4.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your user information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

  • Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your user information to other parties;
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation between Suzhou Hongtu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other legal entities, or other circumstances involving merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your user information to continue to be bound by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization, or individual to re-obtain your authorization and consent.

4.3 Public Disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your user information under the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent or based on your voluntary choice, we may publicly disclose your user information;
  • To protect the personal and property safety of users or the public of Suzhou Hongtu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and its affiliated companies from infringement, we may disclose your user information in accordance with applicable laws or relevant Aircommander Cloud agreements and rules.

4.4 Exceptions to Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transfer, or Public Disclosure

In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your user information does not require prior authorization from you:

  • Related to national security or national defense security;
  • Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
  • Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
  • For protecting the life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain consent from the person;
  • Personal information you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
  • Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.

5User Business Data and Public Information

Different from your user information, Suzhou Hongtu will handle user business data and public information as follows:

5.1 User Business Data

  • Data that you process through Aircommander Cloud provided by Suzhou Hongtu, including processing, storage, uploading, downloading, distribution, and other methods, are all your user business data, and you fully own your user business data.
  • You are responsible for the source and content of your user business data. Suzhou Hongtu reminds you to carefully judge the legality of the data source and content. All results and responsibilities arising from your user business data content violating laws, regulations, departmental rules, or national policies shall be borne by you.

5.2 Public Information

Public information refers to any information you publicly share. Anyone can view or access this information whether or not they are using Suzhou Hongtu's services.

6How You Manage Your User Information

  • In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your user information:
    • If our handling of user information violates laws and regulations;
    • If we collect or use your user information without obtaining your explicit consent;
    • If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
  • You may change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information: You may grant, modify, or withdraw your authorization consent by changing the settings of your smart mobile device. After you withdraw consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

7How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our products integrate the Umeng+ SDK. The Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/IP address/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, verify report data accuracy through geographic location, and provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.

8How We Protect and Store Your User Information

  • Aircommander Cloud attaches great importance to your information security. We strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect your user information, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of user information.
  • We will take reasonable and feasible measures to try to avoid collecting irrelevant user information. We will only retain your user information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless permitted by law. After the aforementioned user information retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
  • Personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China will be stored within the People's Republic of China. If some services involve cross-border business and we need to transmit relevant personal information collected domestically to overseas institutions, we will execute in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant regulatory authorities' requirements, explain to you the purpose of cross-border transfer and the types of personal information involved, obtain your consent, and require overseas institutions to keep your personal information confidential through signing agreements, on-site verification, and other effective measures. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and within the time limits prescribed by laws, regulations, and supervisory provisions. After the aforementioned personal information storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

9Updates to the Privacy Policy

  • In accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and service operational needs, we will modify this Policy and related rules from time to time.
  • For major revisions, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including, for certain services, we will notify through website announcements and even provide pop-up prompts explaining the specific changes to the privacy policy).
  • Major changes referred to in this Policy include but are not limited to:
    • Significant changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing user information, types of user information processed, how user information is used, etc.;
    • Significant changes in control rights, organizational structure, etc., such as ownership changes caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
    • Changes in the main parties with whom user information is shared, transferred, or publicly disclosed;
    • Significant changes in your rights regarding user information processing and how to exercise them;
    • Changes in the responsible department, contact information, and complaint channels for user information security;
    • When a user information security impact assessment report indicates high risk.
