2.1 Lantu Cloud Platform: a commercial robot control platform serving our customers developed by Suzhou Lantu Technology Co., Ltd.
2.2 Lantu Cloud Platform account: refers to the account you need to register when using Lantu Cloud Platform services.
2.3 Enterprise application: refers to the management, control, etc. of robots provided by Lantu Technology through the Lantu Cloud Platform for our customers, as well as subsequent planned development content.
2.4 User information: refers to the user information that you submit or that Lantu Cloud Platform collects when you register or log in to use a Lantu Cloud Platform account, use Lantu Cloud Platform services, and in order for Lantu Cloud Platform to provide you with services, such as name, company name, contact information, etc.
2.5 Business data: different from user information, refers to data processed by users through technical services such as uploading, downloading, distributing through the Lantu Cloud Platform.
(A) Situations where we collect your user information
1. You become our user
When using Lantu Cloud Platform products and services, you must provide us with your mobile phone number within the territory of the People's Republic of China, ID number or unified social credit code. The mobile phone number you submit is used for receiving verification codes when registering, logging in, binding accounts, and also serves as one of your designated contact methods with us for receiving related business notifications (such as new product launches, service changes).
2. Providing technical services to you
When providing business functions or specific services to you, we will collect, use, store, provide externally and protect your user information in accordance with this policy and the corresponding product service agreement; if we collect your user information beyond this policy and corresponding product service agreement , We will separately explain to you the scope and purpose of collecting information and only collect necessary information from you after obtaining your consent; if you choose not to provide the aforementioned information, it will affect your use of corresponding products but will not affect your use of basic functions of Lantu Cloud Platform And other products.

(2) You are responsible for the source and content of your user business data. Lantu Technology reminds you to carefully judge the legality of the source and content of data. We will only retain your user information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy unless permitted by law. After exceeding the aforementioned user information retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
3. The personal information collected and generated by us within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
